Tri-Star Development was founded as a strategic partnership between Lancelotta Development and Maryland Land Group, LLC. The company utilizes the development and construction expertise of Lancelotta Development and the Acquistion and Assemblage skills of Maryland Land Group to form a truly exceptional full service Real Estate Company. Tri-Star has the expertise to manage projects from the idea phase through occupancy.

Our goal is to create high quality, distinct projects that set themselves apart from many of today’s “box on an asphalt ocean” designs. We strongly believe that end user amenities create a more satisfied tenant and a resulting market advantage.

Our company focus is centered squarely in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. This specific focus allows us to have intimate knowledge of the areas in which we develop. It also allows us to be strategically positioned in a market driven by both positive economic outlook and Federal Government growth spurred by BRAC*.     Our construction management team over-sees the process of construction from development of the project scope through punch-out for each project. Our attention to detail and our diligent effort to produce an outstanding product is the foundation of our business model.

    Tri-Star Developments principals have built a reputation for identifying quality investment opportunities and going the extra distance to be certain that projects meet or exceed client expectations. We assemble a qualified team for each project including investors, contractors, project managers, engineers, and architects.

  • Commercial Brokerage

    Tri-Star Brokerage, LLC was primarily created to manage and coordinate the leasing and sales of Tri-Star Development’s partners’ properties. The brokerage company allows our acquisition partners to realize a cost savings by using in house services. Several of our Principals hold Maryland Real Estate brokerage licenses. Tri-Star Brokerage also does limited third party representation of commercial tenants and landlords.
