Commercial Brokerage
Tri-Star Brokerage, LLC was primarily created to manage and coordinate the leasing and sales of Tri-Star Development’s partners’ properties. The brokerage company allows our acquisition partners to realize a cost savings by using in house services. Several of our Principals hold Maryland Real Estate brokerage licenses. Tri-Star Brokerage also does limited third party representation of commercial tenants and landlords.
